Cancellation Policy
✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy ✨
I completely understand that things happen! To respect my time and other clients’ appointments, please review my cancellation policy before booking.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling
* Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations may also be subject to the 25% fee.
🚫 No-Shows
* If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting me, a 30% no-show fee of the scheduled service will apply.
* All no-shows will be documented in your client file.
⏰ Late Arrivals
* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.
* If your appointment cannot be completed due to a late arrival, the 25% cancellation fee may apply.
💰 Deposits
* A small deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
* Your deposit will go toward your service total.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is given.
